No matter what season you choose to visit Walt Disney World Resort, there is always something new and exciting to discover, especially at EPCOT! Each year EPCOT gives guests the opportunity to experience four unique festivals filled with food, drinks, and world-class entertainment perfectly themed for the season!
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (January-February)
Each year, from mid-January through the month of February, EPCOT hosts the International Festival of the Arts! This festival showcases art of all kinds; musical, visual, and even edible artwork are on display. Some highlights of this festival are DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series, Animation Academy drawing workshops, and incredible chalk art galleries. If you visit this festival, don’t forget to check out the exclusive food and drink which almost look too good to eat!
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival (March-May)
Springtime at EPCOT is a truly unforgettable experience! Each year from March through May, the park comes alive with gorgeous gardens and “living sculptures” of all your favorite Disney characters. This garden festival isn’t just about flowers! Guests have the chance to experience springtime in EPCOT through the Garden Rock Concert Series, outdoor kitchens with fresh garden-inspired menus, and even a walkthrough live butterfly exhibit! If you are in EPCOT during the spring, make sure to stop and smell the roses, and take in all that the International Flower and Garden Festival has to offer!
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (July-Thanksgiving)
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival should be on every foodies bucket list! Held each year from July to November the festival offers guests the chance to experience incredible food and drink from across the globe. An array of Global Marketplaces and festival kiosks are set up throughout EPCOT and serve up exclusive dishes inspired by countries and cultures from around the world! This festival is a feast for the ears as well, featuring the Eat to the Beat Concert Series which showcases a variety of world renown and local musical talent. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is a can’t miss experience packed full of fun and flavor!
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (Thanksgiving-New Years)
The holidays are the most magical time of the year, and there is nowhere better to celebrate than the most magical place on earth! From Thanksgiving to New Years EPCOT hosts the International Festival of the Holidays, giving guests the chance to experience holiday magic and traditions from around the world! Some of this festival's highlights include musical performances, holiday storytellers, incredible decorations, and of course visits from Santa Clause! EPCOT also holds their annual Candlelight Processional as a part of the festival. The processional tells the story of Christmas and features a special celebrity narrator, a choir and orchestra. There is no better place to experience the magic and joys of the holiday season than at EPCOT!
